I am a certified Life Coach and NLP Practitioner, and a Mental Health First Aider.

As a Black woman who has spent over 23 years in the corporate world spanning recruitment and pharmaceutical sales, I understand the performance culture, visibility pressure and expectations placed on Black women in professional spaces.
When you work with a coach who shares your lived experiences, you don’t have to explain the “why” behind your challenges. We can focus on how to overcome them.
In addition to working with private clients, I have supported employees within corporate organisations where coaching has been provided as part of workplace wellbeing and development initiatives.
I am also the Founder of The Black Life Coach Directory, a platform created to increase visibility and trust within the coaching profession.
The directory connects individuals seeking coaching with qualified Black life coaches across the UK, and supports coaches who are building ethical, sustainable practices.
